  • Tuition is $115 and includes music. It is necessary to sign up ahead of time so we have the right balance of voices and can plan ahead.
  • Sopranos should register early as that section may fill up.

We also keep a snack table and have a happy hour late Saturday afternoon.  Bring lots of snacks!  Our Saturday afternoon session ends with happy hour at 5:00.

Rehearsal location Saturday: Albany Senior Center, 846 Masonic, Albany, CA
Parking is available on the street, but read signs carefully to avoid a ticket.
AC Transit runs buses from Downtown BART through Albany's Solano Avenue, a very short walk to the center.

The 4pm Sunday performance is a necessary part of the workshop, so it is not possible to come for only one day, nor skip this concluding event.

Sunday’s 4pm performance will also be at Cornell Elementary School, and is a necessary part of the workshop.  It is not possible to come for only one day.

WHAT TO BRING: 
Black 3-ring binder and pencil
Music stand (optional, but advantageous)
Concert dress:
            Women : White top and black pants or skirt or black dress
              Men: White shirt and dark pants with dark jacket (tie optional)
Water bottle!
Snacks, healthy and otherwise, to contribute to the food array. 

CHECK-IN: Saturday March 28, from 9:00 to 9:15 a.m.
Senior Center in Albany.
MORNING WARM-UP: 9:15 a.m.
We will do some simple exercises designed to free the body and relax throat, neck, and voice.
ALL-DAY SATURDAY AND SUNDAY: 
Learn the music and enjoy mini-lectures about the composer and style.  Sufficient breaks for snacks and meals will keep us energized. 
SUNDAY REHEARSAL AND PERFORMANCE:
Final rehearsal at Cornell Elementary School.
Perform at 4 o'clock on Sunday afternoon.
